Yes, stays of 30 days or longer are welcome to book.

Each unit comes with Memory Foam Bed, Hotel Quality Sheets, Linens, Pillows, Smart TV, a Kitchenette with Pots and Pans, Silverware, Bowls, Plates, Glasses, Cups, Keurig with Starter Kcups, Cleaning Supplies, Vacuum and Mop. Utilities are included which include WIFI, sewer, trash, electric and water.

We understand the importance of traveling with your pet. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we carefully consider factors like breed, size, and demeanor. Approved pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee to maintain a clean, comfortable environment.

We accept VISA, M/C, Debit Card, Money Orders, Zelle, Venmo and Paypal transfers as well as Cash.

The tenant screening service costs ranges from $47 to $55 depending the service provider. Tenants are responsible for paying this fee.

Yes, the information shared with us is accurate and complies with state law regulations. The tenant's ID verification information is securely transmitted to our partner, TransUnion/SmartMove. The SSN is never shared with the us or stored on our website.

The screening process is quick, typically taking less than 24 hours. Once we receive your completed report, we'll contact you with a link to either secure your booking with a $500 holding fee (credited towards your security deposit) or to view and sign the lease, depending on your stay's timeline.
